To avoid additional fees and ensure a refund, please read, understand, and comply with the ENTIRE Return Policy on this page and follow the outlined requirements below. Please note that Process and handling will not be refunded. We have a 30-day money-back guarantee policy. Please allow 7-10 business days for a refund to process after your return package has been received by our warehouse.

• Return must include an original product with all contents, packing slip and reason for return.
• Name, Address, Order No. and RMA# must be clearly written/printed on the outside of the box.
• Must be shipped via trackable shipping method to the address provided with the issuance of the RMA#
